TALREOS was organized to meet the need for a conference for advanced people analytics practitioners. TALREOS gathers a select group of technically sophisticated participants, enabling in-depth conversations on cutting-edge topics within the analytics spectrum. By providing a unique small-group setting, TALREOS facilitates open discussions among firms eager to exchange their insights and challenges in the realm of people analytics.

TALREOS covers the entire analytics landscape with a special emphasis on utilizing analytics to achieve socially desirable objectives. Sessions delve into innovative employment practices designed to enhance career prospects, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and improve overall quality of life, including essential aspects such as work-life balance.

TALREOS (Talent Analytics Leadership Roundtable Economic Mobility Summit) is presented by the Workforce Science Project (WSP) and by the Workforce Reporting Consortium (WoRC).

WSP, founded in 2013, is part of the Center for Law, Business, & Economics, located in the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Its mission is to bring together two central goals of workforce transformation, the use of data-driven insights, or people analytics, to inform the management of human capital, and the inclusion of employees as full participants in the community of stakeholders.

WorRC is a collaborative effort of the people analytics teams of major employers that seeks to accelerate strategic investment in people by improving the quality of workforce measures and promoting the use of these measures. At present, workforce reporting has no generally accepted guiding rules, leading to inconsistency across and within employers, inaccurate benchmarking, and “greenwashing” (overly optimistic picture). The WoRC team is distilling expert insights into a continuously evolving synthesis of best practices,  the Workforce Reporting Consortium (WoRC) Principles.
